I just posted last year's exam in the "Exam Prep" area.

The reading for Tuesday is to finish Part 12 of the syllabus. For Thursday, we’ll do part 13 of the syllabus. I've posted the two handouts from last Tuesday: the case "cheat sheet" on the 11th Amendment etc., and the additional excerpt from Boerne. The video recordings from the two makeup classes are available at the library reserve desk; they will NOT be posted on-line. We'll have our review cass on Friday, April 17, at 2 pm in room 202.
4/7/2008 (distributed via email)
The reading for Tuesday is to finish Part 10 of the syllabus. For Wednesday, our makeup class, we’ll do part 11 of the syllabus. We may even get to a bit of part 12 – please read 845-53, and supp. 12 (Pierce). Just to remind you, the makeup is at 5 pm, and there will be pizza. Bring your own drink if you want one. There is no class on Thursday.

For the makeup class tomorrow (Friday), we'll move on to part 10 of the syllabus. In addition to what was assigned for today (p. 299, supp. 10, and 303-306), please also read 306-312. FYI, I have now popullated the exam preparation part of the site. See the sidebar.
3/30/2008
For class on Tuesday, we'll finish the Seattle School District case, and we'll also cover part 8 of the syllabus (all of it). We may even get to some of part 9 -- which is less than 9 pages of reading all told, so please do that, too. On Thursday, we'll finish what's left of part 9, and possibly move on to part 10. I'll let you know if this changes, for for right now, please read p. 299, supp. 10, and 303-306. For our makeup class on Friday (3 pm, in room 305), we'll make some more progress on part 10 -- I'll let you know more of what to read when I see how we're coming along.
