Computer Services
Welcome to the School of Law's Computer Support Web site. Our objective is to provide a source of technical information twenty-four hours a day, when the Computer Support staff are unavailable, or when the office is closed.
Hours
Computer Support hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m in the Law School Computer Labs (Rooms 252 and 253, Library).

- At this time we still recommend and support Windows XP PRO.
- Windows Vista Compatibly list

- If you cannot login to lab computers, please reboot.
- For printing from your personal laptop to our lab printers, you will download i-print (found under Software Services.)
- For uploading and downloading files to your H: drive from your personal machine, please use NetDrive or the web-based NetStorage application (both are found under Software Services).
- If there is a problem with the lab printers we suggest this:
- Reboot the computer you're on
- Turn the printer OFF and back ON again
- Resend your job.
- If none of this works, email pchelp@wulaw.wustl.edu and use a computer that is configured to print to a different printer.
- If you require help with Outlook, our e-mail application, please refer to E-Mail Services.
- If you have a problem with a printer in the lab not showing up (or any other random problem), try rebooting the PC, before you seek help.
- For directions on setting up Outlook Express or other POP3 e-mail clients, please refer to E-Mail Services.
