CLE Programs and Trainings

The Negotiation Dispute Resolution (ADR) Program sponsors trainings, CLE programs, and lectures each year for students, faculty, and the community. The program co-sponsored the required Advanced Mediation Training for Court Certified ADR Neutrals with the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri in 2006 and 2011.

Civil and Family Mediation Trainings 

The Negotiation and Dispute Resolution Program provides three and five day Mediation Training CLE certification programs for lawyers and members of the community approximately three times a year.  This training emphasizes conflict resolution theories of negotiation and mediation, strategies and skills for ethical mediators and attorney advocates, the mediation process, family legal issues, and family dynamics.
